All construction and alterations to your property will require a North Hill POA Building Permit.  Please see the covenants for your Phase and the Covenant Guidelines & Policies for more particular information.  All building permit requests for property additions or alterations by current owners should be made through your portal at cmgt.org.  The NHPOA Building Permit Application below must be uploaded at cmgt.org when submitting your building permit request.
